Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $24.99 USD.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, contact us at support@getsnoozio.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
