We want you to love your Snoozio products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@getsnoozio.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used Pillow Linen Mist spray (hygiene reasons)
• Items returned after 14 days
• Items not in original condition or packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
